I went for my annual eye test. Well received by Lorna on reception. Dealt with proficiently by the Optician Khaled . The Manager Laura Hill was most helpful in sorting out my replacement glasses in a cheerful and professional manner.

The staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful. They even called ahead to let us know where we could park and how to get there as it was our first time in Nairn having recently moved house. Excellent experience, they were great with my granddad who has Alzheimer’s too. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
